Core Requirements

Fresh graduates are preferred. Overseas study experience and STEM background are a plus. Excellent learning, analytical and problem solving skills, good communication and teamwork, proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure, passionate about the industry and committed to long-term development. 

Core Responsibilities

Job rotation: Gain in-depth exposure to frontline operations and fully understand the company’s business model. 

Mentorship: Guidance from senior managers and engineers to support rapid growth.

Customized training: Systematic learning of professional knowledge and management skills. Project practice: Participate in real projects to accumulate practical experience. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree.   

• English proficiency is required for daily work communication.

• Willing and able to undertake business travel; travel destinations include Qingpu District of Shanghai, Jiashan of Zhejiang, Dalian City of Liaoning, and Phú Thọ Province of Vietnam
