The Job
- Support the existing Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform
- Proactively avoid incidents by reviewing and actioning on error messages from the CIAM platform and dependent services
- Prepare hotfixes and release documentation to rectify bugs and defects
- Coordinate with the System Assurance (Testing) team to ensure that adequate testing scope is performed for hotfix releases
- Triage and Troubleshooting of CIAM Platform Issues
- Participate in the Support Duty Roster for 24x7 Support Coverage
- Work closely with Shenzhen development teams, System Assurance, Infrastructure and Operation teams to deliver high-quality systems
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
- ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker and ArgoCD
- Programming and developer skills in Java (mandatory) and at least one of Perl, JavaScript or Groovy
- Operational fluency in creating SQL queries, LDAP search queries, and JSON file formatting
- Working knowledge of modern identity protocols, authentication and authorisation standards, such as OAuth2, OIDC & PKCE
