Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager who loves creating content as much as leading a team. In this role, you won't just oversee strategy; you will actively manage daily social media operations, craft compelling copy for Property & Mortgage topics, and work alongside your team to execute high-impact campaigns. If you enjoy "rolling up your sleeves" while mentoring junior staff, this is the place for you.

Assistant Marketing Manager (Social Media & Content Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on Social Media Management

  • Daily Execution: Take full ownership of the daily operation for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube. This includes scheduling posts, community management (replying to comments), and ensuring content goes live on time.

  • Content Production: Personally draft, edit, and polish engaging copy and multimedia content. You will be the "Chief Editor" ensuring every post meets our high standards for the Property & Mortgage sector.

  • Platform Growth: actively monitor trends and adjust content tactics daily to maximize organic reach and engagement.

2. Team Supervision & Quality Control

  • Operational Leadership: Lead the social media and campaign teams by example. Set clear daily/weekly tasks and provide direct feedback on their output.

  • China Platform Oversight: Supervise the execution of China-focused platforms (XHS, WeChat, Douyin), ensuring the team delivers consistent and localized content.

3. Campaign Execution & Partnerships

  • Implementation: Execute strategic partnerships and loyalty programs. You will be responsible for the logistical success of these campaigns, not just the planning.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor ad performance and SEO metrics, generating practical reports to fine-tune ongoing campaigns immediately.

4. Tech & Innovation

  • AI Adoption: Actively utilize AI tools for copywriting efficiency and visual enhancement, teaching the team how to work smarter.


Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in social media and digital marketing, including 1 year leading a team; experience in real estate or finance-related fields, or agency/new media background, is a plus.

  • Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese and English, with excellent writing and storytelling abilities.

  • Technical Skills: Experience in video editing, video production, and image editing is an advantage.

  • Soft Skills: Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment, with strong leadership and motivational abilities.

  • Tech Savvy: Strong learning ability with familiarity in AI tools and marketing technologies.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Supervisor position.
