Key roles and responsibilities:

To execute valuation engagement projects, including financial model development, comparable analysis, multiple analysis, discount rate assessment, etc. Manager grade is required to lead project team and coordinate the whole project process.

To conduct data collection, market research, management interviews, site visits and other due diligence procedures to analyze information obtained from various sources; to travel in the Mainland China and Asia-Pacific Region on required basis.

To prepare valuation reports; and to assist directors in the quality control process.

To collaborate with other professional service parties including financial advisor, lawyers and auditors. To address standard review inquiry from regulatory bodies such as HK Stock Exchange.

To write up consultancy report on industry market and perform in-depth market research.

To carry out ad hoc projects as directed by senior management on required basis; to occasionally support regular seminar/marketing events.
