Job Responsibilities

Maintain customer resources to ensure stability and satisfaction of existing clients.

Communicate and negotiate with clients to secure more business opportunities.

Conduct secondary development of clients to increase customer value and loyalty.

Regularly analyze market trends and customer needs and propose improvement measures.

Assist the General Manager in formulating annual international business development and sales targets.

Assist the General Manager in developing strategies for overseas business.

Participate in internal skills training and team-building activities to improve overall team competence.
Job Requirements

5+ years of foreign trade experience; OEM business experience preferred.

Strong client communication and negotiation skills, able to independently handle complex commercial issues.

Good market analysis and customer relationship management capabilities.

Familiar with international trade rules, procedures and relevant laws and regulations.

Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, able to lead teams to achieve targets.

Bachelor's degree or above; International Trade, Marketing or related major preferred.

Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to conduct fluent business communication in English.

Able to travel frequently, with good stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
