Overseas Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer resources to ensure stability and satisfaction of existing clients.

  • Communicate and negotiate with clients to secure more business opportunities.

  • Conduct secondary development of clients to increase customer value and loyalty.

  • Regularly analyze market trends and customer needs and propose improvement measures.

  • Assist the General Manager in formulating annual international business development and sales targets.

  • Assist the General Manager in developing strategies for overseas business.

  • Participate in internal skills training and team-building activities to improve overall team competence.

 

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of foreign trade experience; OEM business experience preferred.

  • Strong client communication and negotiation skills, able to independently handle complex commercial issues.

  • Good market analysis and customer relationship management capabilities.

  • Familiar with international trade rules, procedures and relevant laws and regulations.

  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, able to lead teams to achieve targets.

  • Bachelor's degree or above; International Trade, Marketing or related major preferred.

  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to conduct fluent business communication in English.

  • Able to travel frequently, with good stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
