Role Overview

Bridge AI Gaming is disrupting the $80B+ global recreational equipment industry by combining AI-driven e-commerce, livestreaming, and direct-to-client sourcing. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the execution of high-impact projects across Family Entertainment Centers (FECs), fitness, playground, and theme park solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, is passionate about technology and entertainment, and wants to help scale a global B2B marketplace. You’ll work closely with project managers, vendors, and international clients to ensure projects are delivered with efficiency, innovation, and impact.

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with global OEM suppliers and validate product/technical information

  • Support AI-powered marketplace projects (catalog integration, livestream demos, AR/VR showcases)

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, and reporting dashboards

  • Assist in client onboarding, installation, and after-sales support for FEC and entertainment equipment

  • Participate in status meetings and prepare concise updates for stakeholders - Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve project efficiency

  • Provide technical and operational support during project implementation and rollouts

  • Ensure compliance with budget, safety, and international quality standards

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong team player with cross-cultural communication skills

  • Passionate about sports, gaming, and interactive entertainment trends

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups; Power BI a plus)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills

  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment with agility and adaptability

  • Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI, e-commerce, and digital transformation

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–2 years' experience in project management, marketplace operations, or equipment installation preferred

  • Strong Mandarin, English communication skills (written & spoken)

  • Experience with start-ups, overseas projects, or B2B platforms is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in agile, high-growth environments

 

Growth Path

  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Project Manager role
