Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day property operations
- Supervise the cleaning, repair and maintenance service provided to residents / owners
- Supervises junior operational staff
- Build up and maintain good relationship with clients
- Preparation of the administration, financial reports and etc
- Handle enquiries and complaints from the owners / tenants
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Property Management / Hotel Management is preferable
- 2-3 years' work experience in property management
- Independent, strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Qualifications Framework-recognized qualifications in property management is preferable
- Has technical knowledge is an advantage
- Possess PMP Licence is an advantage
- 5-day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
