Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
- Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
- Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown
- Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work
- Assist manager in renovation project and improvement work
- Assist manager to provide quality services to customer
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team
- Proficient in PC operation and MS office
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Technical Officer
- Registered Electrical Worker is required
- More experienced candidates would be considered as Senior Technical Officer
