We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Leasing Administration to lead the review and enhancement of our leasing department's workflow, focusing on streamlining and standardizing procedures. The ideal candidate will come from a background in internal audit or compliance, bringing a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of best practices in process optimization. This role reports directly to the Head of the Leasing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current leasing department workflow and procedures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to simplify and standardize leasing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in leasing practices across the organization.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor compliance with standardized procedures and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to leasing department staff on updated procedures and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between the leasing department and other relevant departments to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure leasing operations remain compliant and efficient.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal audit, compliance, or process improvement roles within the real estate or leasing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
