Our client is a long established renowned property developer in Hong Kong, PRC and Asia Pacific Region. Due to continuous developments of its commercial portfolio in China, they are looking for the Project Director to in charge of the project.
Job Descriptions:
- Reporting to board of director of the company, this person will be in charge of the project development in PRC
- Responsible for planning, executing and managing various types of the development projects
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
- Registered Architect (HKIA) / Registered Engineer (HKIE) with Property Developer exposure
- Experiences in handling sizable mixed use development projects in PRC
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
