Job descriptions:
  • Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to provide professional advice to designated business units on full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Be the main contact point to address employee concerns and take initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Coordinate and manage vendors of HR solution providers 
  • Develop, implement and promote various HR initiatives and strategies such as goal setting, performance management, annual promotion and etc
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Partner, mass recruitment, employee engagement and other relevant areas 
  • Self-driven, able to work independently, people-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Technology/Telecommunication industry would be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
