Job descriptions:
- Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to provide professional advice to designated business units on full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement
- Be the main contact point to address employee concerns and take initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Coordinate and manage vendors of HR solution providers
- Develop, implement and promote various HR initiatives and strategies such as goal setting, performance management, annual promotion and etc
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Partner, mass recruitment, employee engagement and other relevant areas
- Self-driven, able to work independently, people-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Technology/Telecommunication industry would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
