Engage with stakeholders to understand business & individual team's needs
Analyze requirements to define and document business specifications
Source and engage with external technology vendors throughout entire project cycle, all the way from POC, development, implementation, migration to production
Plan and organize pre-production arrangements, such as training, support, change management, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
4+ years' experience in BA/ PM role (Focuses on serving Finance/ Accounting department)
Experience working with ERP applications (e.g. SAP/ MS Dynamic/ Oracle EBS/ Netsuite, Yonyou, etc.)
Good business stakeholder and vendor management capacity
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
