We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager, Partnerships to lead the charge in bringing new cultural experiences, exhibitions, and new IP-themed events and pop-up stores to our new commercial landmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and connection with various intellectual properties, vendors, and agencies to curate and execute these innovative experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IP owners, vendors, agencies, and other relevant partners to secure engaging cultural experiences and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute unique IP-themed events and pop-up stores that resonate with our audience.
- Develop and manage partnerships that drive foot traffic and enhance the overall visitor experience at the commercial landmark.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for partnerships to enrich the cultural offerings at the landmark.
- Coordinate logistics, marketing efforts, and promotional activities for partnered events and experiences.
- Track and analyze the success of partnerships through key performance indicators and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership management, preferably in the entertainment, cultural events, or retail industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the entertainment, cultural, and retail sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative partnership ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
