Our client is a highly reputable real estate group with a lot of commercial developments in Hong Kong, China and Overseas. They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to look after its office portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Support and monitor daily operations of building management services
Plan, coordinate and control the operational activities of its retail and office portfolio
Assist in liaison and cooperation with external parties and maintain a good relationship with tenants
Provide an effective and cohesive management strategy for the assets
Deal with all enquiry, complaints and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions
Assist in property performance reporting, and presentation for making improvement recommendation
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
Possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable commercial portfolio with F&B tenants is a must
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong business acumen and market awareness
Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
