Client Details:
Our client is a highly reputable real estate group with a lot of commercial developments in Hong Kong, China and Overseas. They are now looking for an experienced Chief/Senior Property Manager to look after its iconic commercial complex in Hong Kong Island
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the day-to-day operation and management, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance
- Liaise with different stakeholders in all property management-related matters
- Manage other projects as required e.g. social responsibility events/ sustainability assessment
- Assist in property performance reporting, and presentation for making improvement recommendation
- Attend Owners Committee meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
- Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable commercial portfolio is a must
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong business acumen and market awareness
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
