About this Oppotunity:
A Renowned Life Insurance Company is urgently looking for a Manager, Brokerage Service Centre located in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Your Roles:
* Oversee the operations and service quality of the service centre
* Provide one-stop service throughout the service process
* Deliver quality services to customers especially for MCV, in line with business strategies and regulatory requirements
* Handle customer complaints, resolve with priority according to company's policy
* Review workflows, procedures and systems to increase productivity and improve efficiency
* Participate in any projects as assigned
Your Requirements:
* Degree Holder in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience of daily operations in servicing customers from different channels
* IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5 will be preferred
* Customer-focused, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
* May require on-shift duty if necessary
* Professional proficiency of English and Chinese and Mandarin
