Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice on commercial and contracts matters 
  • Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and government requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external legal advisors, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments and industry trends relevant to property development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support the company in due diligence activities related to property acquisitions and disposals and Sales Matters.
  • Advise on intellectual property matters related to property development projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • LLB or JD degree from a recognized university;
  • Qualified Lawyer 
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong laws, regulations, and government procedures.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
