As part of our team, you are going to

• Formulate and regularly monitor and report the risk indicators/limits to ensure within defined appetite and limits
• Monitor the margin exposure level of the client portfolio
• Monitor daily total margin limit usage
• Follow up with liquidation preparation on any margin deficit
• Assist in assessing the underlying risk of investment products
• Measure and assess portfolio risk and performance across different asset classes and investment strategies/funds
• Handle margin and credit limit applications and prepare credit proposals
• Identify and escalate all emerging issues, gather relevant information and assist the team in deriving potential mitigation actions and solutions
• Monitor and maintain margin levels, ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Perform credit analysis and provide recommendations to minimize the credit risk
• Review and update credit and risk management procedures and policies
• Review and update risk management procedures and policies
• Participate in stress testing exercises to assess the company's resilience to adverse market events
• Prepare routine credit control and risk reports for management
• Prepare materials for regulators and external rating agencies, banks or regulators

Join our team if you are

• A holder of a Degree or above  in Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, Economics, or Business related discipline
• At least 3 years of risk management experience within the financial services industry; 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience with investment or market risk or investment performance attribution/contribution would be a plus;
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong eagerness to learn and improve
• Proficiency in VBA and Excel-Macro will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Credit and Risk Senior Officer
