Through combining on-the-job experience and practical guest services training, the 12-month journey aims to equip early career talents with practical skills in hotels. Here are all the information on what we seek in our Operations Trainee and the promising career prospects we offer.

What you need to do:

• Rotate in hotel daily operations
• Support customer service & guest's enquiries & complaints
• Practice operational system and Contribute to the smooth running of hotel

Who are we looking for?

• Recent graduate in Hospitality Management or related fields
• Good command in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• You will have an advantage of you are/ have
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Passionate at hotel management & activities
