Responsibilities:

1. Executes project work plans and revises to meet changing needs and requirements;
2. Expert in business requirements analysis. Write business user’s requirement specification (Chinese preferred);
3. Communicate and coordinate on project activities between business users and China /local development teams;
4. Schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;
5. Track project milestones and deliverables;
6. Review deliverables prepared by development teams before passing to business;
7. Minimize our exposure and risk on projects;
8. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within projects;
9. Manage changes proactively in project scopes and identify potential crises.
10. Conduct UAT testing, deployment support, PIT, with expertise in production troubleshooting, user support, maintenance upgrades, and security vulnerability remediation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems;
2. With 5+ years Business Analysis experience (IT experience preferred) in investment bank;
3. Creative in developing new ideas and approaches;
4. Identifying key issues and able to resolve problems;
5. Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently, with strong time management and prioritization skills;
6. Knowledge in client management system and corresponding systems preferred;
7. Knowledge in HR management systems preferred;
8. Knowledge in back office operation and corresponding systems preferred;
9. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in Putonghua.
