What you need to do:
- Provide support to Purchasing Department in procurement of hotel & related materials in accordance with hotel policy and procedures.
- Coodinate work schedules with respective work units on hotel related matters including repair, maintenance and renovation.
- Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reports as requested.
Who are we looking for?
- 1 year of experience in hotel industry is preferable
- Diploma or above in Purchasing or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- You will have an advantage of you are/ have
- Proficient in the use of purchasing System
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
