Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operation of the social enterprise
- Handle client inquiries and provide quotations
- Respond to clients’ feedback timely to maintain good relationships
- Manage ad hoc events and coordinate with internal staff and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
- Initiate new operational procedures to enhance service quality
- Responsible for administrative planning and reporting
- Assist the supervisor in exploring and developing new business initiatives
- Shift duty is required (9am – 9pm)
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly to sudden challenges
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Proven experience in customer service or social enterprise operational management
Working hours: 44 hours per week
