Responsibilities:

    • Oversee quality control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

    • Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance on quality-related issues and best practices.

    • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management.

    • Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• • • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance within the construction or development industry, with a focus on residential projects.

    • Membership in HKIE, MICE, MCIBSE, or MCIOB is preferred.

    • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    • Proven leadership and project management skills.

    • Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.

    • PRC + HKG project exposure is a plus.
