Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of import / export shipping document

• Place booking with carriers / truckers and arrange cross border trucking / local transportation

• Responsible for cargo inventory and data entry

• Maintain close coordination with clients and warehouses in Hong Kong and overseas

• Familiar with trade declaration (Tradelink)

• Administrative works and ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5/ DSE or above.

• At least 5 years of working experience in logistics field, knowledge of factoryoperation is an asset

• PC skills in MS Word and Excel

• Able to work independently.

• Self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-minded

• Basic knowledge of oral English & Putonghua and fair in writtenChinese and English

Benefits:

• Bank holidays, year-end bonus and double pay

• Monday to Friday:  9 am to 6 pm, 5-days work week
