Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of import / export shipping document
- Place booking with carriers / truckers and arrange cross border trucking / local transportation
- Responsible for cargo inventory and data entry
- Maintain close coordination with clients and warehouses in Hong Kong and overseas
- Familiar with trade declaration (Tradelink)
- Administrative works and ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5/ DSE or above.
- At least 5 years of working experience in logistics field, knowledge of factoryoperation is an asset
- PC skills in MS Word and Excel
- Able to work independently.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-minded
- Basic knowledge of oral English & Putonghua and fair in writtenChinese and English
Benefits:
- Bank holidays, year-end bonus and double pay
- Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm, 5-days work week
