Fund Setup & Management. Lead end-to-end launch of new funds (LPAs, PPMs, regulatory filings). Coordinate with legal, tax, and compliance teams for fund formation (onshore/offshore). Manage fund administrator relationships (NAV calculations, investor reporting).
Bank Account & Treasury Operations. Oversee opening/closing of bank accounts (corporate, custody, escrow) globally. Negotiate banking terms (fees, interest rates, KYC requirements). Monitor cash flows, liquidity, and FX transactions.
Operational Excellence. Optimize middle/back-office workflows (trade settlements, reconciliations). Develop SOPs for fund operations and banking activities.
Compliance & Risk. Ensure adherence to SFC and banking regulations. Manage audits (internal/external) and regulatory filings. Mitigate operational risks related to fund transfers and account permissions.

Bachelor degree holder in Finance & Accounting or equivalence
7+ years in financial services operations, with focus on: Fund setup (hedge funds, PE, VC, or UCITS). Bank account management (multi-currency, cross-border). Proven track record working with fund administrators, custodians, and prime brokers.
Expertise in middle-office/back-office functions (trade confirmations, corporate actions, reconciliations).
Strong experience on client management with outstanding presentation and communication skills
