Perform daily testing and analysis, review and decide the status of incoming materials and finished products
Compare lab results with specification standards and coordinate with internal and external parties for follow up and improvement actions
Perform routine sampling, recording, and inspection
Participate in quality inspections, audits, and other quality-related projects
Requirements:
University degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline
1-2 year working experience preferably gained in the laboratory of food manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
Detail-minded with good analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to solve problems and work under pressure
Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
Immediate available is highly preferred
