Duties:

• Identify and negotiate with suppliers/contractors for engineering works including new project and maintenance.
• Responsible for the engineering documentation including drawing, SOP, manual, tendering and qualifications.
• Review and improve PM plans, schedule to ensure effective implementation.
• Equipment, construction and facility project management including design, execution, modification and acceptant test follow up.
• Supervise engineering team for repair and maintenance and project engineering works.
• Conduct feasible studies in analyzing machinery problems and provide practical solutions for management review.
• Coordinate various activities for projects with relevant interfaces in accordance with company's specific requirements.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties/assignments as assigned by superiors.
• Assets management including engineering stock, production/engineering equipments, facility equipment.

Requirements:

• 8 years solid experience in manufacturing environment or engineering related industries with at least 4 years of which at supervisory level.
• Facility and builder work-project and maintenance experience are preferred include steam boiler, HVAC, plumping and drainage, fire service.
• Holder of Electrical License – Grade A is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Auto CAD.
• Be independent, responsible, flexible with good communication, negotiation, problem solving, project management and presentation skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Occasional business trip is required when necessary.
