Senior Human Resources Officer (C&B focus)

The Challenge We Pose to You:
  • Responsible for daily compensation and benefits (C&B) operations for regional offices
  • Process monthly payroll and calculate final payments for regional offices 
  • Assist with C&B projects, such as salary benchmarking, staff benefits reviews, and performance management etc. 
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
  • Conduct salary and benefits surveys for local and regional offices
  • Facilitate annual tax filing requirements for regional locations
  • Coordinate staff benefits programs and wellness initiatives
  • Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects as needed
What You Bring to Us:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in C&B, with a preference for regional C&B experience
  • Experience with HRIS implementation and enhancement is preferred
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Proficient with MS Office suite
