About Your Role:
Assist and provide support to rollout the ERM framework across the company
Provide support and actively collaborate with other functional teams / stakeholders to strengthen Vendor Relationship Management to mitigate operational and cyber security risks, and to enhance project management governance
Assist on the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements and Group’s policies
Assist on conducting regular compliance audit on key business processes to ensure adherence to applicable law, industry standards and contractual obligations
Propose and assist to follow through corrective and preventive measures to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation
Promote risk-based culture and enhance awareness for all functional teams, develop training materials on risk management and compliance awareness to colleagues
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration, risk management, accounting or IT related
Minimum 2 years working experience related to business control, risk management, compliance, process improvement, auditing, preferably in digital service, IT professional service or telecommunication industry
A good team player, self-motivated with good presentation and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
