Responsibilities:

Formulating and implementing the network distribution strategy in Hong Kong
Establish and maintain business network with property developers, landlords and real estate agencies
Perform leasing related works including site acquisition, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, budget planning and rental forecast
Conduct market research and make recommendation for network expansion with different brands in Hong Kong
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in independently opening a store for a company in Hong Kong is required
Degree holder or equivalent in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience in property leasing and tenancy administration
Familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
Ability to handle correspondence and work independently
Good interpersonal & negotiation skills, detail-minded and willing to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Position appointed will be commensurable with the candidate’s level of experience
Will prefer candidates with F&B experience.
