Responsibilities:

- In charge of the daily operation of the property services for designated portfolio and to provide a full range of services at the highest standard
- Assist the management to establish and execute the Company’s policy / strategy
- Implement business development programs related to property management
- Review the procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Monitor the progress/ quality of works performed by both contractors and in-house staff

Requirements:

- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Tertiary educated in related disciplines
- Proven track record of managing sizeable property portfolio, including residential properties
- Excellent people management and client relationship management skills
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
