Manage technical staff and works of the Technical Services to deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective operation and maintenance services
Establish operation and maintenance strategies and plans, and manage the associated works to meet the above objectives
Responsible for annual budget of repair and maintenance service
Supervise premises improvement, upgrading and alteration works
Establish and implement plans for energy efficiency, indoor air quality, safety / health / environmental and sustainability to inline with company and departmental objectives
Perform staff management to meet organization and company needs
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure quality service and competitive pricing
Provide technical support and guidance to the property management team and other stakeholders
Monitor and analyze maintenance and sustainability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
Degree in Building Surveying / Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
HKIS, RICS (BS), HKIE (BSS), CIBSE or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum of 10 years of experience in renovation, A&A, fit-out works and building maintenance, MVAC system operation, at sizable high-end commercial properties
Strong technical knowledge and experience in building systems, maintenance, and sustainability practices for commercial properties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
