Responsibilities : 
  • Manage customer accounts, build relationships, and drive new business through account strategies.

  • Identify opportunities in new markets, customers, partnerships, and solutions.

  • Develop and manage sales pipeline for existing and new clients.

  • Set strategic objectives, create action plans, and improve business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.

  • Meet sales targets, profit goals, and business objectives.

Requirements : 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.

  • 6+ years in IT solutions, IT services, software development, or vendor management.

  • Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts preferred (e.g., utility, government, higher education).

  • Skilled in quotation, tender proposals, and number-sensitive tasks.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
