Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for Windows-based systems, including basic troubleshooting of DHCP, DNS, and file servers.
Assist in managing Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services.
Monitor network infrastructure (switches, firewalls).
Provide basic helpdesk support, addressing user issues related to PCs and software, both on-site and remotely.
Use PowerShell and command-line interfaces for simple scripting or automation tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues on PCs.
Qualifications:
Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with network infrastructure (e.g., switches).
Proficiency in PowerShell and command-line interfaces for scripting and automation tasks.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+) a plus.
