Responsibilities:

Supervise and perform all Front Desk operations
Provide good customer service to hotel guests and check-in/out services
Perform administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Mature, pleasant and able to work independently
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Desk Supervisor
