The Challenge We Pose to You:
Supervise and mentor a team of Operation Engineers, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
Oversee daily operations and monitoring of Datahouse centers in Hong Kong.
Conduct routine analysis of customer DataHOUSE environments and provide actionable recommendations.
Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and uphold customer commitments.
Handle any ad-hoc projects as required
What You Bring to Us:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Telco or ICT companies, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of data center operations, cabling, and facilities management.
Familiarity with data center accessories (e.g., server racks, PDUs) and TCP/IP services (DNS, Mail, LDAP).
Professional certifications in data center management are a plus.
Analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
