Assist in formulating the Center’s development strategy and operational plans.

Lead forward-looking research on AI technologies and their market applications.

Drive cross-domain integration of AI innovations in fintech, industrial intelligence, and smart cities.

Establish and manage industry-academia-research collaboration mechanisms for technology commercialization.

Oversee end-to-end R&D project management, including resource allocation and value assessment.

Manage daily operations, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Master’s or higher degree in AI, Computer Science, or related fields; 5+ years of R&D and tech project management experience.

Familiarity with the Greater Bay Area scientific research ecosystem and proficiency in project applications, IP management, and platform development.

Expertise in large-scale AI models, multimodal AI, or embodied intelligence; proven success in industry-academia-research cooperation projects.

Strong strategic planning, stakeholder liaison, and multilingual skills (Chinese, Cantonese, English).

Prior experience with applying Hong Kong scientific research funding and knowledge of CITIC’s business sectors (finance, industry, etc.) is a plus.
