Oversee the daily operations of Unified Threat Management (UTM) services and monitoring at our operation centers in Ap Lei Chau and Kwai Chung.

Conduct log analysis of Security Devices UTM to identify and prevent potential security breaches.

Investigate anomalous network traffic to address potential network issues or targeted intrusion attempts.

Perform routine tasks and analyses on customer networks.

Provide remote support and on-site assistance for customer equipment.

Deliver first-tier support and troubleshooting for technical issues.

Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an ISP, Telco, or ICT company.

Proficient in configuring firewall policies, IP routing, and related technologies.

Knowledge of Fortigate (FortiOS) is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is advantageous.

Willingness to work shift duties to support 24/7 operations; shift allowance and transportation allowance will be provided.

Work locations are in Ap Lei Chau and Kwai Chung, with transportation allowance included. Near South Horizons and Kwai Fong MTR station.

Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Operation Engineer position.
