Responsibilities:
- Implement provisioning order and maintenance in mobile messaging platforms
- Coordinate with internal parties, engineers and customers to implement provisioning orders
- Review and validate service orders for completeness, accuracy, achievable delivery date and service feasibility
- Conduct testing with internal parties and customers; manage the whole process from pre-sales to completion and handoff of the service
- Manage and monitor SMS messaging system
- Support Engineering and Planning teams to ensure the network design and features meet the service requests
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecommunication and mobile messaging
- Experience in managing server operating systems such as Linux
- Experience in provisioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Familiar in HTTP, SMPP and TCP/IP mobile messaging protocol
- Familiar in 3G,4G and 5G protocol (SCCP/MAP/Diameter/HTTP2) would be an advantage
- Knowledge in application architecture design and software programming languages such as Perl, UNIX Shell, CShell, NET, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, etc would be an advantage
- Good reporting and interpersonal skills, mature and independent
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position
