(1) Factory General Manager
Lead the factory daily operations
Be in charge of the factory's profit and loss and budgeting in order to fulfill Group needs and standards.
Direct and oversee efforts in production planning, order & warehouse management, administration & HR support, maintenance & repair, IT system as well as quality assurance
Monitor production plan, quality and on-time delivery
Coordinating all function managers in planning and implementing quality programs that lead to continuous improvement in quality, cost and overall efficiency
Manage daily factory operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and high quality
Identify, implement & monitor production plans.
Coordinate between different factory departments to improve productivity
Create and implement better processes to increase output and lower costs
Lead ongoing improvement projects across all factories
Higher Diploma or above in Textiles & Clothing / Production/ Manufacturing Management
Min. 5 years management experience
Experience in sizable garment manufacturing industry
Experience in Apparel (mainly focus on Ladies wear - Woven)
Experience in Japan market is a bonus
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
