Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the menu and beverages to provide recommendations and pairings.
• Accurately take and process guest orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean dining area.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer relations.
• Assist in daily operations, including cleaning, setting tables, and restocking supplies.
• Experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Role, responsible for training new staff and coordinating team efforts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end Club or Hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and adaptable to various situations.
• Familiarity with service standards and health regulations in the food industry.

Salary and Benefits:
