Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance retail trade operations and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Lead business development initiatives by identifying and leveraging market opportunities.
Explore and establish new accounts to drive business growth and expand market presence.
Manage Brand Ambassadors by ensuring effective recruitment, training, supervision, and performance tracking.
Coordinate marketing efforts across contracted outlets (e.g. bars, restaurants, and event venues) to maximize reach and engagement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Prepare weekly and ad-hoc reports, sharing insights within the established timeline to improve operational effectiveness and achieve company goals.
Analyze data and insights, providing valuable suggestions to improve operations and meet company objectives.
Coordinate with vendors (e.g., logistics, productions) and prepare materials to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the tobacco industry or FMCG sector.
Strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships with key accounts.
Experience in new account development and business expansion strategies.
Ability to work overtime or on weekends when required.
Comfortable conducting outdoor field visits to bars, restaurants, and event venues … etc.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent analytical skills, capable of deriving insights and making strategic recommendations.
Proficient in office work, including document preparation, reporting, and coordination.
Immediate availability is preferable.
