Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the back office and companies of the Group
Maintain and update administrative information database
Ensure the smooth progress of daily operations through communication with other parties
Handle projects and assignments independently
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 1 year relevant experience
Flexibility, mature, stable, responsible and independent
Have a good team spirit, good communication
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
Immedicate availability is preferred
