monitor the performance and review the deliverables of the consultants and contractors for the new Open Source Departmental Portal (OSDP)
integrate new and existing web applications into new OSDP including implementation of authentication features
implement authentication and access control measures in accordance with the new OSDP design and departmental IT policies
assist in security risk assessment and audit (SRAA)
support on nursing and performance tuning of the system
prepare documentation
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science
At least 6 years hands-on experience in web application development using container technology, e.g. Docker.
Proficient in Java/Python, PHP and databases.
Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux Shell scripting.
Hands-on experience in web development using HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Experience in version control for managing and sharing team projects
Good communication skills
