To implement IT initiatives from procurement, design, development, testing, deployment, system maintenance and enhancement, etc.
To develop, enhance and maintain IT systems using web-based, image recognition and database technologies
To assist in management of IT related matters related to voter registrations and election activities
To assist in the procurement exercises related to IT projects
To assist in the contract administration of outsourced IT services
To coordinate the relevant parties and perform system testing so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of IT systems
To carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years experience in programming
At least 4 years in Java programming & web programming
Good communication skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
