Provide technical support to users and resolve network-related issues efficiently
Document network configurations and maintain accurate records of system changes
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 1-2 years' experience in IT industry
Proven experience in network administration, TCP/IP, VPNs
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
