Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
Manage and resolve employee relation issues and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigation
Collaborating closely with the HR & Admin Team across various regional offices within the Group
Managing general office administration to ensure smooth office operations
Preparing analysis reports for management review in a regular basis
Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of solid working experience in related field is preferred
Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask, coupled with a "get-it-done" attitude
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word) and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR and Admin Manager
