Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and quality assurance, to define project requirements and priorities

• Drive the development of AI-powered software applications, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery

• Stay current with advancements in AI technologies and industry trends, incorporating new tools and techniques into our development processes

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet business objectives and customer expectations

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
