Job description

Responsibilities

Carry out daily accounting tasks such as payroll processing, vendor payments, fixed asset management, or customer receivables.
Perform tasks related to payroll, accounts payable, or billing operations.
Assist in monthly closing procedures and payroll execution.
Coordinate and follow up with internal departments and external partners.
Participate in special assignments such as system upgrades, workflow automation, and process enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
At least 1 years working experience in accounting field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Fresh graduates with less experience will be considered to Junior positions.
